Howeida Henri is a native Arabic Speaker, fluent in English, Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Yemeni Arabic. Howeida has a Master's certificate in Middle Eastern Studies from the American Military University. Howeida is the author and trainer for Maroy's training programs.

Credentials 

• Licensed Private School Teacher with the State of New York Education Department on 2023. 
• Certified healthcare interpreter (Arabic CHI) with the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) since 2020.
• Trainer for the Medical interpretation course (Bridging the Gap) from 2013 to 2021. 
• Arabic Adjunct professor for the Modern Language Department at Wagner College From 2016 to 2021, 
• Yemeni Arabic -Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) Language proficiency tester and target language expert with ACFTL since 2009.
• Arabic translator and interpreter since 2009.
• Federal language consultant and Arabic linguistic quality assurance specialist since 2023.

Accomplishments

• Howeida trained over 200 bilinguals and hospital staff in medical interpretation.
• As an adjunct professor, Howeida taught three Arabic language classes and established the Middle Eastern Studies minors and The Middle Eastern culture and civilization courses. 
• Howeida got an Adjunct Faculty Award for Exceptional Performance in the Area of Teaching for the Academic Year 2016–2017.
